Jay Kahn founded Flight Deck Capital in April 2020. Flight Deck is a fundamental long/short TMT hybrid fund that invests in disruptive public and private companies across the U.S., Japan, Korea, SE Asia, Latin America, and Europe. From 2006-2008, Jay was an Associate at Elevation Partners, where he evaluated late stage growth and buyout investments in internet, media, music, gaming, and sports.
