Our Ticketing Partner
Humanitix is a not-for-profit ticketing platform that donates a portion of their revenue from booking fees back to a charity of our choice – our 2019 Hearts & Minds beneficiaries.
Tax Deductible Donation
All tickets include a significant tax deductible donation of approximately 90%, that will help in improving the health of our communities. A tax deductible receipt will be emailed to you at the time of ticket purchase.
Attendee Information on Tickets
If you do not know the names of your attendees at the time of booking, you can update this information later by clicking the “Edit My Order” button on the order confirmation email you receive at the time of purchase.
All attendees must have the correct information on their tickets prior to the day. The event organisers will be in touch within 7 days if your attendee information needs to be completed.
Purchasing More Than 5 Tickets?

Unable to Attend?
Unfortunately we do not allow cancellations or refunds. However, all tickets are fully transferable.
You can transfer the ticket to another person’s name by clicking “Edit My Order” on the email you received with your ticket. Or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
All tickets are unallocated seating and are available on a first in, first served basis.

Registration on the Event Day
All attendees must bring their tickets with them on the day (either printed or saved to smart device). It will be scanned by the registration team on arrival. Registration commences at 8am, doors to the venue open at 8:35am
