Robert F. Smith is Vista’s Founder, Chairman and CEO. He directs Vista’s investment strategy and decisions, governance and investor relations. Robert sits on the Investment Committees for Vista’s Flagship, Foundation, Endeavor and Perennial Funds and serves as a member of Vista’s Executive Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for matters affecting its overall management and strategic direction, and Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s decision-making body for matters affecting Vista’s overall private equity platform.

Robert is also the Chairman of VistaOne, Vista’s evergreen private equity vehicle, and serves on the Investment Committee. Vista currently manages equity assets under management of $103 billion and oversees a portfolio of over 85 enterprise software, data and technology-enabled companies that employ over 100,000 people worldwide. Since Vista’s founding, Robert has supervised over 650 completed transactions, representing more than $350 billion in aggregate transaction value.

Jeremy founded Terra Capital in 2010, launching the long-only Terra Capital Global Natural Resources Fund. The fund has returned over 18% pa. over 16 years, resulting in Terra Capital becoming Australia’s longest running open ended global resources fund.

Jeremy formally worked at RAB Capital’s Special Situations Fund, a US $2.5B long/short strategy focused on mining and energy. The fund was rated the “Best Energy and Natural Resource Fund” by Hedge Fund Review and ranked No.1 in Barron’s Hedge Fund 50 Global rankings in 2007, during Jeremy’s tenure. Prior to RAB, Jeremy worked at Western Australian corporate advisory firm Azure Capital.

Ravi is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Azora Capital – an investment firm launched in 2017, focused on the Financial Services sector, employing a fundamental modest-net strategy. Ravi and his team are passionate about financials and have dedicated their careers to researching the space.

Prior to forming Azora, Ravi served as Sector Head of U.S. Financial Services investing at Samlyn Capital, where he was a day-one partner following a lift-out from Sigma Capital. Earlier in his career, Ravi was a Financial Services Analyst at Sigma and an Investment Banking Analyst in Goldman Sachs' Financial Institutions Group.

Ravi graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude with an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Andrew joined Milford Asset Management’s Global Equities division in 2023.  He is the Portfolio Manager of Milford’s wholesale Global Technology Fund which focusses on the Information Technology and Communications Services sectors.  As part of this role, he leads Milford’s research on the AI ecosystem.

Prior to joining Milford, Andrew spent three years as a Portfolio Manager at NZ Funds and five years at event-driven hedge fund Melqart Asset Management in London.  Andrew began his career advising on Mergers and Acquisitions at Goldman Sachs in both Auckland and London.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland with First Class Honours, majoring in Finance and Economics.

Michael Every is a Global Strategist at Rabobank Singapore analyzing developments and thematic trends on the intersection of geopolitics and geoeconomics/markets. He has been in the industry for over 25 years, with a track record of market-leading calls for clients from the C-suite and commodity traders to central banks. Michael is frequently published in financial media, a much-requested conference keynote speaker, and was invited to present to the 2022 and 2025 G20s. He has lived and worked in 9 countries, and speaks Thai, among a smattering of other languages.

Robbie Ferguson is Co-Founder and President of Immutable, the AI-powered growth platform trusted by Ubisoft, Netmarble and 700+ game studios and publishers to launch games, acquire players and scale.

A Thiel Fellow and technology entrepreneur, Robbie co-founded Immutable and has helped build it into one of gaming’s most ambitious technology companies. Under his leadership, Immutable has evolved from pioneering Web3 gaming infrastructure to building AI-native analytics, attribution and player-growth technology that helps studios reduce launch risk and grow games from first click through live operations.

Isaac Kim is a Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, where he leads the firm's Growth Equity strategy. Prior to Lightspeed, he served as a Senior Managing Director at Elliott Investment Management, where he founded the firm's Silicon Valley office and built its technology private equity platform, operating as Evergreen Coast Capital. Prior to that, he was a Principal at Golden Gate Capital and a management consultant at Bain & Company.

Outside of work, Isaac is devoted to his family — his wife and three daughters — and is an avid sports fan (Go Seahawks!). He and his family care deeply about youth-related causes; he previously served on the boards of Yana Ministry, a non-profit focused on helping Korean orphans flourish, and ScholarMatch, a non-profit focused on helping first generation, under-resourced students access and complete college.

Robert Mullin is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Marathon Resource Advisors and has been investing in the energy and natural resource sector since 1994. Over the last three-plus decades, he has been a portfolio manager at the Franklin/Templeton Group, The Cypress Funds and Tocqueville Asset Management, as well as running his own firms focused on the sector.

Mr. Mullin received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1991. He was born and raised in Northern California, lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children and enjoys cooking, keeping up with his relentlessly athletic kids, and attending the French Open whenever possible.

In 2022, Mr. Mulin established the Marathon Statera Project, which allocates a portion of fund management and performance fees to causes focused on global conservation and food security, as well as supporting Bay Area female immigrant food businesses and local youth development.

John D. Pinkel is a Partner of Indus Capital, based in San Francisco, and the Portfolio Manager of the Indus Select Strategy since its inception in 2009. Mr. Pinkel joined Indus Capital in March 2003 and soon after spearheaded many of the firm’s largest long-term investments in China and Taiwan. He joined Indus from Citigroup, where he was Managing Director and Head of Equities for Taiwan. Prior to that, he spent eight years as a securities analyst in Hong Kong, China and South Korea.

In total, he has lived and worked in Asia for over 35 years. Mr. Pinkel, a CFA charterholder, graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a BS in Applied Mathematics. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Vihari Ross is a portfolio manager at Antipodes Partners, working across global equities strategies for the A$21 billion firm. She has more than 20 years’ experience in global markets.

Before joining Antipodes, she spent over 15 years at Magellan Financial Group, where she was Head of Research and led a 30-person global research team. During her time there, she designed and managed the Magellan Core Global strategy. Earlier at Magellan, she covered financials and consumer sectors and served as Sector Head of Franchises (Consumer).

Vihari began her career at Commonwealth Investment Management in strategy and research, later joining Ausbil Dexia from 2003 to 2007 as an analyst covering financials and consumer sectors, with additional responsibility for quantitative analysis.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial Studies and Finance) and a Master of Commerce (Finance) from UNSW and is an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries.

Bobby Yazdani is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cota Capital, a San Francisco-based, SEC-registered investment firm with over $1.1 billion in assets under management. Cota focuses on early-stage enterprise technology companies, leveraging deep domain expertise, a global network of industry leaders, and systematic investment rigour to help founders build transformative businesses.

Known for his hands-on approach, Bobby works closely with entrepreneurs on company building, strategic growth, and long-term value creation. Over two decades, he has invested in more than 200 private technology companies, including Google, Uber, Dropbox, OpenGov, and Tubi. In 2014, CB Insights ranked him the #1 angel investor among 2,000 investors.

Prior to investing, Bobby founded Saba Software in 1997 and led its IPO in 2000. Saba served over 30 million users worldwide before being acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand in 2020. He holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from UC Berkeley.
