As with any streaming a good internet connection is vital for high quality viewing. We highly recommend Google Chrome for the best performance. Please be mindful of your workplace firewalls that may prevent video streaming inside the network (in this case, we suggest using a personal device).

Quick tips on connectivity: ensure you are not streaming on other devices such as phones/iPads; close all apps and other browser windows; move closer to the modem if you can; bare in mind that if multiple people are using your internet connection at the same time, this may impact the quality of your streaming; and finally, a wired internet connection is generally better and more stable than wifi.
